OCZ Gold questions

I have 4GB OCZ GOLD 800MHZ and a couple of questions if you please.
I'm currently running it @1000MHZ, how much more do you think it'll take?
Secondly Shouldnt my command rate be 1T instead of 2T?

The P965 boards can only run at 2T (well it's claimed that the Abit QuadGT can run 1T).

That's pretty damn good for the OCZ Gold memory. But you're in the best position to find out how much further it can be pushed.
