Built a pc for a friend a few weeks ago, the ram has just died. SO am needing to rma it.
Do I go direct to ocuk (picked it up from the actually shop rather than ordering) or do I go direct to OCZ.

Any help would be great :)

Contact OcUK first. They should be able to tell you if they can do it faster than you returning it yourself.

From experience; If its older than 28 days OCUK will just test the ram and if found faulty will send back to Manufacturer for RMA. So if 28 days + it may be quicker to RMA it directly yourself.
