OCZ NIA Brain Mouse

We'll soon know if Fisha even comes on this forum again once he's got it :p. If it's crap someone should changed his avatar to a picture of a mug :D

lol @ anyone pre-ordering this without waiting for release. This is going to be another expensive gimmick, and ffs how ridiculous would you look wearing it. This is taking nerdmongering to a whole new level.

Probably wont look any more ridiculous than wearing a huge headset.

This does sound interesting, but like a mate said... Is it "raise eye brows" and you fire? As there is some sites saying one thing and other sites saying another, about this.

I broke my neck back in 1994. I have some arm movement but no finger movement. So i can only hit one key at a time with my little finger nuckle. Which makes gaming fun. I can play COD2 on hard and many others. Playing Lost Planet on normal level atm. But having a NIA to set up to hit keys for me is going to make life easier. As sometime i have to remap keys on bits of games just so i can, say jump and roll at the same time.

I wonder if i could use it to control my Pro Kart i'm building? Eeemmmm. Worth a go.

Yep, this will open up gaming to more and more people, but some sites are hyping it by saying it will be allot faster input due to it using brainwaves...

Which I'm finding hard to believe :)

It's obviously not any new and futuristic Star Trek-esque technology or we'd have heard about it in many other things than a silly gaming implement... they're clearly trying to market it as something far more advanced than it actually is.

I still want to give it a go, will be useful for looking around on LFS

and physx was 200quid+ when it came out, for something that reduces fps...

however this is something with a more noticable cool feature and its 100quid. im quite supprised its not valued higher tbh.

Put order in today for one. £89.99. They say they are getting stock tomorrow. Free delivery aswell. Bargain.

Hmm, I wouldn't say bargain. Maybe if it was more like £50, the price of a 'normal' high end mouse.

However, I understand why you could find it a lot easier :)
