OCZ psu got enough juice for me?

Im building a mid range rig soon, C2D E7200, 8800GT, Single Sata HD, i was thinking of powering it with a OCZ StealthXStream 500w, will that be enough or shall i aim higher?

its enough unless the psu is like 5+ years old and has been under constant stress all that time

your psu got enough power and more reserves if you upgrade later.
