Anyone had to return anything to OCZ?
I sold a 600 watt PSU on ebay, the guy said the fan wasnt spinning or lighting up yet the psu still worked, he sent it back and asked for a refund. I got it back and tested it by switching it on with a jumper wire and measuring the voltages with a meter, as he said it was faulty.
I contacted OCZ via their site as it purchased it from OcUK in febuary so I have to go to them direct.
Now they want me to return it, to the NETHERLANDS!!! It will cost me well over £20 to post it there, why should I pay when its their failure within the 1st year of use? They say 36 month power swap warranty, not really very good if you have to return it to another country.
Being an electronic technician I could probably fix it myself but that would void the warranty when I open it.
Grrrrrrrr
