Got some today and currently have it sitting @ 3-3-3-10 2T Command Rate @ 800mhz, now will also do 4-4-4-11 1T Command Rate... anyone answer which one is better? I understand what the timmings and frequency's do but dont have much of a clue over the command rate... so any enlightenment is welcome!

well from what I have read 1T would give a 2-5% performance increase over 2T depending on the app but would not running at effectly C3 @ 2T give better performance than C4 @ 1T?

As I say I am a bit of a nub with RAM

If you where on AMD then yes, AMD loves low latencies but Intel doesnt really seem to be affected to much by latencies
