My OCZ memory failed (one of the modules) so I applied for a 'Trouble ticket' number last wednesday (4th Aug), I got a response within 24 hrs to supply some information and heard nothing since.
It seems like a long time to respond, does anyone else have any experience with OCZ and sending items for RMA?

I've had to deal with them a few times and the service has always been good.

I've had to recently send a set of RAM off to them and although I received the acknowledgement within a day I had to drop a few messages on my support ticket to get the RMA authorised.

I'd recommend updating your ticket with a message along the lines of "Can i have an update on the status of my current RMA request? Thanks a lot "insert name" "

On another note as long as you're sending RAM back to the Netherlands RMA centre you normal receive your replacement in a couple of days after they receive the defective unit(s)

Thanks for the comments - At least I know I'm not alone. I will leave another message on the comments board and try the forums too.

At last I got a reply and I have sent the modules off.
On the RMA note is says they are replacing them with a 4GB set (mine are 2GB) that will be a nice outcome if it happens and be some compensation having paid for new memory while I wait for the RMA!
