Anyone know if they refund postage? I have to send 2 sticks of RAM to the Netherlands, And I'm looking at like £20 minimum, I only paid £35 for the sticks in the first place.

Thanks
Ben

With OCZ, sending to their RMA department in The Netherlands, you have to pay for the shipping there (not refunded) and they will pay to ship it back.

By the way, as for postage costs.. Via Royal Mail if you use there 'Air Mail' for a RAM set (500g maybe?) it'd cost £5 to £10 to The Netherlands.

You have to pay to get it to them? That sucks.

Fair enough if it turns out not to be faulty, but that seems harsh.

Any RAM supplier that will cover postage? £3 extra for Corsair is looking more attractive now...
