OCZ RMA's?

Am returning my SSD to OCZ, just wondering what their RMA's are like?
I post on 2 forums because then I get a range of replies

Hi, excellent service, replaced my 2.5 year old power supply with brand new one in 2 weeks. Sending heavy psu to holland was not cheap though.
