There pricing I suspect will be high as from what I can tell they won't be buying directly from NVIDIA. Instead they will source their stock from current NVIDIA partners and then re-brand it as their own. So they might just buy cards from Pallit which would not be a particulary good thing for overclockability.

Its all good putting a fancy cooling solution on but if you have a low yield core in the first place then the overclock potential will never be the best.

I hope NVIDIA do take OCZ on as a partner as I can see them doing some good unique stuff but at the moment they may struggle to get things off the ground if they are relying on other NV partners for stock.

Those particular 7900 GS cards are the ones that Gainward use for their Golden samples.

As Palit and Gainward are the same company. Palit decided they wanted some 7900 GS cards and all that was available was the Golden Sample models from Gainward. SO they removed the shroud, re-flashed the BIOS and sold them a lot cheaper as STD models. As many found out they tend to clock quite well.

Thats quite a difference in comparison to companies like BFG or EVGA who approach NVIDIA and tell them they want the best silicone and as such maybe pay a slight premium to get it on the top-end cards like the 8800's.
