This may just be me not knowing very much about ssd's. But is there any reason why someone would buy this over the 32gb patriot ssd which is £24 cheaper? The reason I'm asking is that I was toying with the idea of buying that patriot one as a boot drive. This makes me think that it isn't good quality or something like that.

Right silly question here but I want one of these babys. Just for my OS and a couple of apps. How would I move my OS onto it or would I have to do a clean install???

You can use a program called Acronis True Image to take an image of your OS partition. If you don't already have an OS partition smaller than this drive, or with enough free space, I suggest a reinstall. In fact, it's probably just safer to do a reinstall anyway. Then you can be more selective about what apps you put on the system drive from that start.
