Been impressed with the Vertex 120GB as a replacement for my MacBook Pro internal drive. Windows XP loading under Parallels is extremely fast.

It's about the best choice you could make. A sensible raid 0 can beat a single one of these but comes with all the issues of running an OS on the array. I'm very pleased with mine.

Places definitely seem to run out of stock frequently with these, and ocz forums are thrilled with them

We can't get them fast enough so if you can get your hands on one at the moment then I'd highly suggest it. We've got enough backorders to sink a battleship but they just keep selling out every time OCZ fill us up.
