OCZ Vindicator vs Scythe Ninja Plus Rev. B

Anyone have any experience of these two? - the OCZ http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-001-OC&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat= seems to just be a cheaper copy of the Ninja Plus Rev B http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-003-SY&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=, I've seen some reviews saying they perform the same, and others saying the OCZ has inferior performance and construction (lack of soldering to heatpipes etc).

I'd just go with the ninja...

OCZ seems to have a bad habit of buying up oem stocks atm, slapping their name on them and selling them as "new" products...

The OCZ remember is silent & has slower spinning fan.

I would get the Ninja.
