My memory corrupted a while ago and nearly 3 weeks ago now I sent my module back to their european offices for its RMA, with the correct packaging and everything and address etc, but I still haven't had an email or a replacement sent.

Anyone else used ocz warranty successfully?

have you checked the RMA status?? if you log into your account you can check what the story is.

It might have been posted during the Royal Mail strikes so could still be on its way!

It took 2 and a bit weeks for my RAM to get to there Holland RMA centre. As above check your RMA on their website.

One it got there they shipped the replacement from the US within 2-3 days and it arrived next day (this was last week).

Unless you sent it recorded or by courier you can say goodbye to it.

Its hard enough for them to deliver in the uk never mind abroad.

problem is this stick of ram im left with needs replacing also, it chokes a lot under stress. so until i get the first stick back i cant send this one off!! might be a couple months overall to replace ram...

If you bought them as a dual channel kit you need to send it away as a dual channel kit. If you didn't they will probably just send back the original stick and tell you to send both of them.

It took 4 days or so for my International Signed For delivery to get there.

First class takes 2 weeks?

How much would it cost to send Ram to holland in like 2/3 days? Because if my ram borked id want to get a replacement asap.

cost me £5.30 international registered delivery takes 3 days to arrive at Holland destination. RMA process takes a total of 10 days as OCZ send the brand new modules from California/ America by UPS priority delivery

Its most probably still caught up in the back log, and hasn't disappeared. If you check OCZ website under your ticket no, should show as received or not.

yeh i have checked it and it shows not received yet

also, i asked the ocz representative if i could send one off and he said it was fine

Should have returned it too the place you bought it and let them worry about sending it abroad tbh!
That’s what I did when my OCZ ram went belly up after 3-4 months, the (competitor) received the RAM and sent me out a brand new pack all in about 4-5 days.
