Does anyone know if OCZ will still honour the lifetime warranty for their DDR3 RAM?

Why wouldn't they?

Though what they'll replace faulty RAM with I don't know as they don't sell it any more.

From the OCZ website:

Discontinued or Unavailable Products:

OCZ Technology will attempt to replace all products with the same product as originally purchased. In the event OCZ Technology is unable to replace product with the same product purchased, OCZ, at its option will: replace that product with a product of similar function and equal or greater value, or provide a refund at the current value.

I think someone on these forums ended up getting a refund for some DDR2 memory which was obsolete.

Yes, I have heard of a few people getting refunds from OCZ. They are paying a decent price as well. Though everyday that passes the value of ram seems to be going down :/

i sold my ddr2 last week on the well known junk yard site

made a cracking profit on it aswell it seems DDr 2 prices have gone nuts at the moment
