built comp last week which had afew probs
new m/b and all seems well
o/c the cpu to 3 gig but alittle confused on what the ram setting should be
ive taken a screenie just so you can point me in the right direction

The SPD timings suggest they should be set at 5-5-5-15. What RAM is it?

oops soz should have put that in
OCZ PC2-6400 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2

so could i put the ram timeing back to 5-5-5-15 manually?
with it still running like this
