Yeah I know this thread has been put up many times before but the 2 modules are up for cheap prices again

In your opinions please could you say which one is better and why. Could you also please give overclocking results please. Thanks

Plus if I do get either of these modules I will be getting 4Gb so what are the overclocking results there :confused:

I'd reccommend OCZ, it performs less well, but from personal experiences, Geil are making too many faulty sticks right now.

Yeah I've been reading about the problems you get with the GeIL memory but I read that is was only with a particular Asus board?

Yes the P5W, but that's not what I mean, I've seen a lot of broken sticks and that, I know you can RMA it but if I were you i'd go with ocz because it's a safer option.

Not happy the Geil price keeps dropping, brought it when it was about 30 pounds more, 2 weeks ago! :mad:

ive got hassle with mine on a msi board and i hoping to get mine sent back this week

my Geil seems to be buggered too. I had the same dilemma of OCZ and Geil and I regret it now

Well i got my ocz running at 987mhz on 5-5-5-12 timmings same as when i got it
