Put together my new pc today which consisted of a e6420, ballistix 5300, abit ip35 and a 1950 xtx.
Now the rig works fine but upon a cold boot it will boot for about 5 seconds then switch off... wait a few more seconds and it switches back on and boots as normal. I have to admit it was kind of scary the first few times it did that! Is there anything obvious i have missed? i'm guessing its most likely the mo bo or power supply (480 watt akasa) which worked fine in the old pc.
The whole thing is totally stable, just got 13050 on 3d mark 05
