Odd BSOD Issues

Over the past 3 weeks I have had 3 BSODs and I haven't been able to figure out what the issue(s) are yet. I built my computer last June and haven't had any issues with it until these recent BSODs.

The BCCode I received for all the BSODs were 1e, I had heard that this could indicate memory problems however I ran a memory diagnostic and that returned no errors.

Every time I have had the Blue Screen, it has been after I have exited a game suggesting that there is some issue when the system comes off high load - however, the fact that it doesn't occur every time I exit a game confuses me. I have no issues when I am running games or benchmarks and the performance of my computer is perfectly fine whilst doing these intensive tasks.

My systems specs are below:

CPU - i7-4770K @ 4.40GHz (watercooled, custom loop)
Motherboard - Asus Maximus VI Extreme Z87
RAM - TeamGroup Elite 16GB 1600MHz
GPUs - 2x EVGA SuperClocked GTX-780s (air cooled - reference)
PSU - Seasonic Gold Rated 850W
SSD - Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
HDD - Seagate 2TB
OS - Windows 7 64-bit

I have an overclock of 4.4 GHz on my 4770k with core voltage set at 1.248V and initial CPU voltage at 1.760V, running games and benchmarks gives me no issues so I don't think it's an unstable OC however I could be wrong. My CPU is around 25C idle and maximum 50C when at full load, so temps are fine as far as I'm aware.

Cheers for any help in advance and I'll happily provide any further information if required.

might be worth analyzing if the bsods can offer more info in the first instance.

Try searching nirsoft bsod. This should give you a link to a decent bsod analyzer. Maybe start there.

Hmmm, I'll see if I can get the minidump files analysed and then I might reset BIOS settings to stock. But it could be a case of increasing vcore I guess...

Thanks guys

Alright so I ran Nirsoft Blue Screen view and it seems to suggest that all 3 BSODs were caused by Nvidia drivers - I'll run DDU and do a fresh install of 337.50 betas and hopefully all should be good.

Unfortunately I had another BSOD today, exactly the same situation and the blue screen view application analysis returned the same bug check string of "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" (0x0000001e).

Also, event viewer still shows this error occurring frequently and I'm beginning to think it might be related:

The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video7
1593(237c) 00000000 00000000

There is another possible reason I suspect for these BSODs and that is that every time it has occurred it has been after I exited a game whilst RivaTuner Statistic Server (part of the EVGA Precision X suite) was running, it could be there is a possible conflict with this. I shall stop using RivaTuner for a while and see if the problem occurs again, if not then I'll just uninstall it and use AfterBurner or something else.
