Hi all,

I am unable to get on to www.tesco.com or direct.tesco.com. This is on a Win7 PC, using IE9, FF, and chrome. It also won't load on my Mac, using Safari, FF or Chrome.
Odd thing is, my stepdad can load it fine on his Ie on Win XP. I'm baffled as to what the problem is. Done spyware scan etc, and wasn't much there. The error I get on FF is:

The connection has timed out
The server at direct.tesco.com is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Any ideas?

Hi,

We run two separate AP's in the house. Stepdad and Mother are connected via wireless to theirs. My PC is ethernet to my hub and my Mac is wireless.
That solution didn't work sadly. Just to add further confusion, it works when I use my iPhone, this is accessing the proper site not a mobile version.
Another odd thing is Quidco site, it used to redirect to the site you wanted to shop on but now it just gets stuck. Should one try the age old hub reset?

Edit:

Reset fixed it. Sorry for forgetting the golden rule of IT.
