odd internet problem

Hi,

I'm in an office with internet provided for me (cable and wireless I think)

For some strange reason about 30mins ago I started having a problem. I can only access the OCUK website and forum, all other websites I try to visit don't work.

I can't google anything.

Any suggestions to try? Just seems very odd that OCUK is the only site I can visit. I try pinging sites (including the working ocuk site) and nothing.
 
8.8.8.8 is googles dns server converts names to ips e.g google.co.uk 173.194.67.94
go in to your network setting and add a 8.8.8.8 in to your dns setting and see how that works. make note of any that are already in there.
 
everything just started working again about 10mins ago.

Very odd that out of all the sites that could have worked ocuk was the only one that did (OCUK being more fun than royal mail's address checker page!). I have just looked in the DNS settings and there was nothing listed

Thanks for help but it's sorted itself out.
