Odd issue with PC - Power/connector related?

OK, really odd problem with my current PC, wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I have a i7-6700K being cooled by a Asetek 240mm 570LXL on a Asus Z170 Pro Gaming board, running 16GB of RAM and powered by a Super Flower Leadex GOLD 650W PSU. PC runs totally stable, never randomly blue screens or has any other issues.

However, if you move/knock the Case, and I mean just a slight light movement, the thing goes nuts. It will power up but not post, freeze when Windows loads if it does post with the occasional blue screen if I can get past the Windows login.

The odd thing here though is if I leave it powered down for between 5 and 10 mins, it will fire up no problem at all and remain completely stable until the case gets moved/knocked again (other half sweeping the wooden floor which it's on is the culprit here).

I'm thinking loose connection or some kind of short when moved but before I strip it to bits, anyone got any ideas?

Many thanks.

Definitely sounds like something loose.
Also if it causes some kind short/error state on PSU that might well need few minutes before it resets.
