Hey
Was driving to work today with the radio off for whatever reason.. Not to sure actually
Anyway, I noticed (now that i was paying attention and not singing to myself) that there were small "Pops" or "Knocks" being felt by my feet.
Each one matched the time my steering wheel slightly vibrated too. (Put this down to poor roads.. for MONTHS)
I decided to have a detour and test a nice newly laid road and again these pops/knocks and matching vibrations were there.
For again a reason not known to me, i pressed the ESP button.
Instantly the Pops/Knocks and matching vibrations were gone.
I don't drive like a chav, I'm gentle and stick to the speed limits, i slow for corners too. At NO time is there any need for the ESP system to stick the breaks on for me which it was obviously doing. No doubt causing me to use more fuel too as its been doing it for months.
Does anyone have any idea why its been doing this? Faulty ABS sensor maybe?
