Odd Issues Today (iPhone/iCloud)

My iPhone today, after many many resets, is not allowing me to do anything online. I am seeing 3/4G no problem, I am connecting to various wifi networks without the slightest problem, but NOTHING is allowing me to connect to the net, collect emails etc.

Also, I am having serious issues logging in, via my MacBook to iCloud through the browser, keeps coming up with connection lost, when everything else including access to the login page is working fine.

Thoughts?

Ignore, fixed the iPhone issue. I have the Private Internet Access (VPN) application on the iPhone and that was stuck in the 'trying to connect' stage, which it seems that even when you try to close it down, or reset all settings it does not change. Killed it within the app and all back!

I think there are some small issues with iCloud logins today however, but that has also now logged me in, but I have tried several times where I was getting errors.
