I have a second system which is a LGA 775 based E8400 +4GB Ram,30GB,120gb hard drive (now has ssd)
Its always ran linux,Lubuntu..was okay for some time,Then every few weeks it would just fail to boot but with me not knowing much about linux i was not sure what the issue was.
I assumed the hard drive was on its way out,But according to tests the drive was fine..i replaced it anyway with a SSD..Still the same issue, every few weeks it would just stop booting and id have to do a fresh install of Linux to get it working again.
Well i installed Windows 10 on it,was fine for about 5 days then bam...couldn't boot again.
Both the hard drive and the SSD im using in the system are coming back as "okay" so i have no idea what the issue is..any ideas?
