Odd kind of speed camera - West Lothian

Driving in West Lothian I saw a speed camera that was mounted approximately twice as high as a Gatso would be. It had the same hatchings painted on it and it had white lines on the road similar to a Gatso. Sorry that I didn't take a picture of it as that would make identifying it easier! They also have cameras that look very similar above traffic lights in West Lothian.

It wasn't a Truvelo - it looked like it was a rear facing camera. I also didn't see a second camera so pretty sure it wasn't a Watchman!

Any ideas?

Nope - there were no traffic lights about.
