Little oddity that isn't causing me any grief, but I would like to understand if possible!
Last week, I upgraded from the Plusnet supplied Technicolor router for my FTTC connection up to the Asus RT-N66U after seeing so many glowing reports for it, especially from here.
Prior to swapping out the router, my latency graph showed as thus:
After installing the RT-N66U, it looks like this each day:
Any clues??? As far as I'm aware, it's not causing me any explicit problems, but it's something I would like to understand if possible. Myself and my wife are at work all day and nothing that would be now causing that regular latency spikes is left on.
