odd music file problem

Hi all, I have just put all my girlfriends music onto my PC with the help of Iexplorer, but now the file names are just a short mixture of letters (see pic)

How do I get the names back? I did read somewhere about ID tags? but I am unsure what to do.

Any help would be great

You need to use a program that renames based on ID3 tags. I believe Mp3Tag will do that on windows, or alternatively, iTunes may do it if you use consolidate library.

Ah brill, thank you, that has worked 100%, why does apple make it so hard for the average user.
