Odd nForce nic autonegotiate problem

One of our cats turned my file server off today (Antec 900 case, they jump on top and hit the power button :/ ), and after i booted it back up, the nic isn't working correctly.

It's an nForce 4 based motherboard, with dual nVidia MCP Gigabit NIC's, and both nics do the exact same thing now.

Basically, When set to autonegotiate, like they were before, windows reports them as "no cable connected". If i force them to 100MB Full Duplex, they work perfectly fine (but obviously only 100Mb instead of 1000Mb).

I've tried new cables, and different switches, power cycled both switch and PC (gave them 1min with no power connected at all), and reinstalled the latest nForce drivers, all to no avail.

Every other device on my network is autonegotiating fine.

Any ideas?

I'm running Server 2003 x32. Athlon x64 X2 3800+, 2 GB RAM.
