I'm buying a nice 2 bedroom new build apartment soon. Had a visit yesterday as hadn't been along to see it in few weeks and wanted to take some measurements.
Noticed something odd. The heated towel rail in the bathroom is positioned directly at the base of the bath. The bath is one side of the bathroom and the toilet etc on the other side. It's a nice layout but the towel rail placement seems really odd to me. I queried it and the builders will look into it. I was expecting it to be on one of the walls across from the bath.
Just seems really weird or am I missing something? I guess towels are easily reachable when you are done in bath but there's also a shower head attachment in the bath so surely showers will get the towels wet?!
I guess I can always just put my own separate rail up if it becomes problem. Just wondered if others had seen a similar layout?
