Odd problem -DS3

Right, i have 3Gb of memory in one rig with a 6400 ES @3GHz, memory is a 2GB G skill and 1Gb Geil LL kit, running at 4 4 4 11 2.1V. Previously i had 2GB of the Geil and experienced the same issue. I can run memtest for hours and hours then all of a sudden at something stupid like the 19th or 20th pass i get a failing address, sometimes its the same mb or sometimes not, this happens at one pass only and it'll continue going ( so far i've left it to 60 passes) without any error, so basically 60 passes and one error from one pass..hence the RAM seems to be good.. any ideas on the random fail and why its not more prevelant than only one time in 60 passes?

Could be something as silly as a slight power droop. The kind of thing that happens just after the half-time whistle or during the ad-break in Coronation Street.

Was thinking along the same lines tbh, ruled out memory as it does it with different sets, upped chipset and memory +.1 and running again.
