Yeah would be ideal but don't have the chance to test the CPU.

Been in contact with overclockers and they set up an RMA for the motherboard,
the 2nd motherboard was not purchased from them (1st one lost in the post when sending back)

This confirms that the motherboard cannot be at fault so have let them know this and waiting for another reply back from them.

Anyone shed any light on my problem?

Looks fairly similar to this. Mine was a GPU problem. But mine was happening when I started the PC up, not twiddling with fans or anything.

Doesnt look good

I'll wait and see what happens with the cpu and ram testing.
