Odd problem with MSN/pc reboots

Hi,

I have a odd problem with my PC.

I use Windows Live Messenger on my PC. I signing using my own ID and its
fine. When I switch IDs to another User Account, the system just reboots.
Has anyone else had this?

I have in my PC:
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ 2.20GHz
Memory: GeIL 2GB PC6400C4 800MHz
Motherboard: Asrock ALiveSATA2-GLAN
Video: ATI Radeon X1950 Pro 512MB
OS: Windows XP Home with SP2, fully updated & latest Hardware drivers.

Are you sure its just when you switch id's? not when your doing anything else?

No, I'm not doing anything else. I've ran a Virus scan, nothing there, done a Defrag, a Disk Cleanup and a scandisc nothing was found.

I do have AVG Free version and windows firewall running, but I wouldn't have thought that would effect it.

Could try a SpyBot and AdAware scan.

Failing that remove WLM and clear old registry keys associated with WLM and then re-download and install.
