Thanks mate I was just calling them and yeah a message to say its broke and the tech team are working on it.

Guess I will need to keep trying
 
I just tried www.tesco.com in a browser and it's working fine for me.

I sacked them off 4 years ago though. Was a 'loyal' (loyal as in weekly) online customer from 2007 to 2020, then when the 1st lockdown hit, they had no slots for me. Tried ASDA, which I've never used before and they gave me a slot no probs virtually every week except for Christmas Eve, so it was only 1 week that I missed out on. Still with ASDA now.

Yep, down for me as well......lucky we got ours done last night and delivered today.

The Banana trick lol - thats what I do as well, tends to be at top of my favourite lists so when we book the slot for the week after this gets added to save the slot.

I reckon the driver will find it hilarious if this happens.......I think you'd get a call though from customer services to check before they issued the order though, there must be loads that do what we do to save a slot.

If not, enjoy the free Banana, I'm sure you'll quite easily get the minimum basket charge and Banana refunded, Tesco have always been good to me when it's been their **** up.

I think it came back up around 23:30, I was trying from about 9pm to get in to edit my order.

Re the banana, I tend to do it with baccy for my dad, milk and bread as those are the bits we use every week.
