Cant seem to find a cause for this on the net, hoping someone might have seen similar.

Just installed 2 x 8gb ballistix tracer alongside 2 x 8gb ballisitix (no rgb), boots fine but one stick takes rgb instruction, the other lights up but does not follow instruction. it seems neither dimm or slot related, have tried just about ever combo of dimms including mixing with normal. Have tried every combo of the software mystic light only and crucial mod only, both together, multiple reinstalls of both.
Utterly confused, anything more I can try? thanks in advance
