Hi all,
I'm having a really odd problem. First noticed in uTorrent, if i click on the files view it automatically starts scrolling down. In VLC, if I click on the timeline it jumps backwards in small jumps, click near the volume and it starts to decrease the volume.
I'm not doing anything with the mouse other than selecting that area. I've tried a wired and wireless mice, only one plugged in at a time and it doesn't seem to do this in games, chrome or explorer. Tried restarting but nothing.
Also, if I hover over a thread title on here it's suppose to flash up a little overview of the initial post, this just flashes over and over instead of just the once!
Any ideas?

EDIT: Also doing this on the folder view on the left of Windows Explorer but not on the right side :S
