Odd SKY TV Fault

Hi,

I've recently upgraded all of my home cinema to include an LG OLED55B7V, Denon AVX2400H, NVidia Shield, and a Sky Q 2TB box

Everything is working perfectly except for one small issue that is driving me nuts!! Anything that is recorded on the Sky box and then played back the T.V will turn off after 20mins, there is no warning message on the TV to say that is going to power-off i.e. the 4 hour power saving. Also this only happens with recorded content on Sky. If I'm watching normal TV, or even on demand via Sky then everything is ok.

All of the devices are connected to the AMP and then a single connection from AMP to TV, nothing else causes this issue, either Apps on the TV or the Shield.

Has anyone seen this before or any ideas as to what it could be?

Turn off hdmi control on the Q box and see if that helps, I read a while back on the sky forums that a user had used a hdmi sniffer on the signals out of the Q box and that they were not set up correctly. I have them off on my q box which is hooked up to my avx2300 then to my B7

Same - I've had to turn of hdmi control on my 2tb Q box as well with a Denon X1300w as otherwise randomly would get no image but could hear sound.

I thought I had turned off HDMI control, but seems it was still on - Have turned it off and will see what happens
