Odd text problem in some apps/games

Hi, I've got a strange problem which I've only just noticed. When I open CCleaner the text is different to normal, looks low res and in bold. This isn't so much of a problem, however when I open steam, all the tabs, icons and the names of my games are missing. And when i launch TF2 all the server names are blank.

Any ideas? I've not installed anything new, and I've tried reinstalling nv drivers.
