So I've just installed vista 64bit business edition and there's some strange CPU readings going on.
Previously on XP, each of my BOINC projects had 100% of each CPU core (50/50 in task manager) which never really changed unless I did something CPU intensive.
Now, in vista, one will run at 48-50% and the other can vary between 40-50% and will spike down to 10%. Where's that extra CPU time going and whatever for? It wasn't like that in XP
