Well - This is a second hand kit, it was working absolutely fine when I got it out to test this morning, just put some distilled water in it for a few hours to check it worked alright.
Decided to see how the USB interface works - Had to make my own USB cable because the bugger didn't include it in the kit - That worked alright, and now the pump will just stop after a couple of minutes. Fans will speed up and then slow down, or the fans will just stop.

Any idea why? It's no longer connected by USB - Either sounds like a power problem or USB thing has screwed it up, ideas?

Edit: Well, just plugged it in. LED comes on, pump does nothing. What the hell can I do? Given this guy feedback, can't really dispute it.

well u dont seemed to have told us exactly what this kit is, or what u are doing when it stops working or what ure set up is. so i dont think anyone can help you.

Said it was water - Sorry, was fairly stressed out at the time. It's the Xtreme 12v pump, and the situation is as explained. Other forums have suggested it's the PCB, though the fans still work when connected to the pump unit.

Edit: Posted on the Asetek support forums, apparently it's a 'known issue' for the 12v Xtreme pumps to pump water for a short period, then fail and pump small amounts then fail all together. Looks like it'll be an RMA job... :(
