Hey

I have just finished a Build on with Core P5 Wall mountable case, And have found some off behaviour from my hardware once installed in this case.

It seems very unstable and will actually crash / hardlock if I touch the case. when its on the feet the case is flexing quite a lot forward and seems to be flexing all the hardware with it. This may cause a possible short?

I now have it wall mounted and it seems to be ok... touch wood.

Also in regards to useing the thermaltake PCI-E risers, you need to make sure that you have the BIOS set to use GEN 1 PCI-E otherwise you will have issues with crashing and hanging.

I am in the middle of building a modified TT P5. What hardware have you installed in yours?

Nice looking case there.

mines got my old system as there has been no point upgrading just yet.

maximus v gene matx
i7 3770k 4.8ghz
16gb DDR3
2x290x

420mm alphacool monsta
Alphacool lighttower D5 res
10/13 hard tube
ek Nickle supreme HF
nickel 290x blocks

I found that the feet are simply not strong enough. Not enough support on the case and it flexes.

deffo wall mount it.

I plan on wall mounting mine. As you can see the case has been powder coated white. The square MSI logo'd case is actually a slot loading blue ray drive.

These cases remind me of a coffee table they used to sell in MFI, they were a bit shaky if you sat anything on them as well :)
