I'm trying to increase resolution in some oculus PC games past the max resolution that can be set in Oculus software but the override setting in oculus debug tool does nothing for me and reverts to default value of 0 when reopen.
Adaptive GPU performance scale reverts itself to default as well.
As with any other option I'm hitting enter after changing the value, then restarting oculus service.
Does anyone know what is up with that.?

I though you had to change the values and keep the tools open for them to have an effect.
No I don't think so as some settings stay how I set them, anyway pixel override does nothing even when I have ODT open.
I'm trying to do it with Oculus Tray Tool currently but no success so far.

Edit: Actually you might be right and also the setting needs to be changed while a game is running.
Oculus tray tool works as well now.

I'm trying to recall stuff/videos from a long time ago. Still worth a watch for those that haven't used the tools.
