How many times can you install an oem version of windows on the same machine just say the hdd goes funny.
And hopefully you can re-use the key in such an event...
That's true of Vista, but with XP you can get away with changing everything over time and not have any problems re-activating the license.You could change everything in the system except from the motherboard, reinstall using the same key. It is tied to one motherboard.
