OEM more exspensive than retail

Why is this OEM version more exspensive than the retail version, surely OEM should make it considerably cheaper? I have just noticed that the retail is on this week only offer but surely the oem should still be cheaper?

retail is the best buy anyway. decent warrenty and HS&F. theres generally only a small difference in price so OEM just seems silly...
