If I were to buy the OEM version of the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme sound card what things would not be included that are in the retail version? I guess the driver CD won't be included but I can just download that so it wont be a problem. Anything else?

I have never bought OEM stuff but I am sure you wont get the box, manual any drivers like you say and any leads if the card comes with any.
You will just get the card in a clear anti static bag most likely

Unless you're working with Audio, you might wanna take a look at all the piles of issues with these cards, though they work fine for some people, they can be really problematic.

I just picked up a used Audigy 2 ZS which luckily doesnt have such a multitude of problems.
I'm pointing out the creative issues out because i've visited there a few times over the last few months, and in honesty it doesnt appear Creative are really doing all they can to help people.
