OEM Windows XP Home

I'm looking to buy a copy of Windows XP Home OEM from OCUK. Does anyone know the smallest bit of hardware I would need to buy to qualify to buy an OEM copy?

Oh right I was under the impression that OEM copies of Windows could only be sold along with certain qualified hardware... The idea being that if you only want a copy of Windows, you are supposed to buy the retail version?

The place i got mine from said that i needed to buy something else with it and they suggested buying a mouse which only costed 43p

Power cord for the PC. Can use no PC without power now can we

That or an IDE cable.
