Off road driving games ?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good 4x4 off road game ? I used to play Screamer 4x4 and it was great, but its seems that theres been nothing along these lines released since. The new Ford Off Road game has just come out but apparently is pretty bad.

The Ford game is actually fun, its a 400+MB game and not bad for that.

RFactor has Loads of Off road mods.
Trucks/Pick ups/Minicross/rallycross etc etc etc etc etc etc

How about 1nsane . A really old game but good physics and some intense racing.

Not sure what it would be like for todays standard.

1nsane is not too bad and will run on just about anything more powerful than a calculator. However it does look pretty dated by now, if you can ignore that then it is still worth a punt providing you can find it.

Thats more like what I was looking for ! more a simulator than an out and out racing game, I can't believe there is nothing else out there like this other than screamer 4x4

I believe 1nsane still has a following with loads of unofficial cars and tracks. I used to play online a few years ago.

I think http://www.insaneheat.com was the site I used to get myself uptodate for online play
