I am off work with a bad foot and i am so bored why is there a load of rubbish on in the day??

Thats my rant for the day

I'm off work too...fed up cos I need the work at the mo with saving money and all, never a day off when ya want it and if ya want to go in, something comes up :p
 
First day off work today due to my 4 on 4 off rota. Sounds ok yeah but it gets boring pretty fast during the days, the missus and my mates are all at work! :(
 
With working offshore, I sometimes have weeks off. It is a bit of a nightmare trying to find stuff to do sometimes as daytime telly really is pants.

I'm off work with as well, I'm trying to work from here but the painkillers are making it near impossible.

Heh that brings back some memories, my dad used to work offshore years ago when we lived in scotland.
I think he did 3 on 3 off.

Sorry this has no relevance to the thread :D
 
Im off work at the moment on my 4 days on, 4 days off rota :)

The days do drag sometimes when the weather is bad, but there's always some diy project to keep me busy

Currently knocking my living room to pieces to install a hot AV system, with wall mounted LCD.. (The joys of being single) :D
 
from my many days off college when i cant be bored i have a nice timetable if you have sky

ukgtv 2 111 has topgear on at 12
then para comedy 1 = 126 has everybody loves raymond
followed by king of queens


takes up a bit of the day if you like comedy, also on at this time are gladiatiors on challenge
