Basically my sister has offered me the option to buy out her N95 contract. This consists of:

Recent 12 month contract
£28 month
750 minutes/150 texts

The thing is my contract is up in may (can upgrade march).

I'm not sure if I should get it - update the firmware and march on OR wait and get an N82 or something.

Tough choice.

Hmm seems a bit poor to me... I dont find imbalanced min/txt tarrifs convenient though. Plus the 1st edition N95's, while decent, have been eclipsed by the N95 8GB + N82's that offer more RAM and features.

Id wait if I were you and get a better phone.
