Office '04 dictionary puzzle...

For some reason I can't add words to my dictionary when they come up as spelt wrong. The 'Add' button is greyed out?

Anyone got any ideas? It seems like a really weird thing for it to do.

Office 04/08 do this to me as well just being a general pos as per usual
